Our outdoor reared free range pork is naturally bred and fed by Pig Farmer of the Year, Jimmy Butler. Jimmy has over 20,000 pigs roaming free in large paddocks with the benefit of a sea breeze which gives our pork a wonderful taste. The pigs are given space and time to grow and the sandy Suffolk soil is the perfect ground for them to roam in a stress free environment. The pigs are reared longer than average to intensify the succulence and flavour. This combination of environment and expertise results in a flavoursome pork with full traceability from gate to plate.
