Aubrey Allen is a family business established over 70 years ago by my father, Mr Aubrey Allen. The business originally began as a small butcher’s shop in Coventry, and the company has evolved over the years to what it is today - Aubrey's Dry-Aged Beef is reared in a clean, green way, then dry aged for a minimum of 21 days to mature and intensify the flavour naturally. Matured in a time honoured way to naturally develop the texture and intensify the flavour.
